The Oak Hills Community Hub is available for community, private, and small-group bookings.
It is a bright, flexible space for birthday parties, family gatherings, workshops, meetings, fitness classes, craft nights, movie nights, cultural events, small celebrations, and neighbour-led activities.
The Hub includes tables and chairs, a café-style kitchenette, washrooms, patio access, parking, and built-in technology including a large projector screen, sound system, and hybrid meeting tools.

Oak Hills Community League members receive discounted rental rates. Current member discounts are applied through the rental process and may include reduced hourly or daily rates. Please make sure your membership is active before submitting your booking request.

The space is well-designed for small-medium groups on-site, with the ability to extend to a large presentation by using the room's hybrid features. It can comfortably seat 18-20 people for seminar front-facing setup.

The lounge is a great fit for up to 40 people seated in general layout with chairs only. For presentations requiring a front table or more space, 30 seated is more comfortable. Some groups have had 50 seated with creative arrangement.

Content can be shared to the local room and virtually. Smart room camears mounted on the walls show both presenter and audience views. The multi-directional room mic isolates voice, removing background noise for virtual attendees. 16 - 20 people in-person is ideal in this arrangement; unlimited online!

The lounge is also a Microsoft Teams room! Interact with the wall panel to create a meeting, control room cameras, volume and multi-directional microphone. Virtual attendees will see the presentation, and you / attendees can interact with virtual guests.
Studio Classes
Studio Classes
The lounge is a great setup to host an in-person or hybrid studio fitness class. Stream it virtually using MS Teams, the built-in room mic, & participant / instructor wall cameras. 6-8 attendees is ideal depending on activity and movement to ensure enough space for exercise movement

The lounge includes access to folding rectangular tables and folding chairs. The space can seat 36 people for dinning, but some groups have managed to seat 48 with some creative arrangements.
The adjoining cafe area is a great space for food service / buffet, maximizing seating in the lounge, or for a kids eating area.

Stream the championship hockey, soccer or other sports game, or just get together for a mid-season game with big screen and big sound. Capacity is 50 standing for a packed pub feel. 20-30 creates a more comfortable, casual feel. There are 4 adjustable height tables that go to pub-table height available, as well as folding tables and chairs as needed.
